Multi-talented Debora Jedwab set up Jedwab Design in 1995. She has designed for some of the biggest names in the business including Rosenthal, Villeroy and Boch, Acme Studio, Ritzenhoff, Dunoon, Viste Alegre, Arzberg, Koziol, Nextime, Carnaud Metalbox, Beaumonde and many others, including retail clients. Debora gained a degree in 3-Dimensional design before working for the BBC, Madame Tussauds Design Group, Imagination and several film companies and magazines, before deciding that she wanted to concentrate on Product Design.

Jedwab Design has a fresh and innovative approach and avoids formulaic solutions to design problems. The buzz is in the creative process and projects have ranged from ceramic collections to surface pattern design to bags to greetings cards. Debora thrives on challenge.

Debora is a Senior Associate Lecturer in Product Design Engineering at Middlesex University in London where, for the past 11 years, she has passed on her wealth of information to budding students. She brings live projects into the University with well known designers and manufacturers, combining BSc and BA students together and has recently completed a collaborative project with Joseph Joseph.

Debora uses meditation as a tool to help her to contact her inner creativity.  She has been practising this for the last twenty-one years under the guidance of an Indian meditation master and also teaches her methods to students who wish to learn.  Her key research interest is how to enhance creativity through meditation.
